Get ready for an unforgettable summer at Baptist Prep! Our 2025 summer camp theme, The Timekeeper’s Journey, will take campers on an incredible adventure through history as we explore God’s hand at work throughout time. Each week brings a new era to life to explore:

• Week 1: Creation
• Week 2: Prehistoric
• Week 3: Ancient Greece
• Week 4: Ancient Egypt
• Week 5: The Renaissance
• Week 6: Medieval Times
• Week 7: Colonial America
• Week 8: The Wild West
• Week 9: Space

Camp Details:
Baptist Prep Summer Camp is open to all Baptist Prep students and community families with children ages 4 through completed 6th grade for the 2024-2025 school year. Please note: As we transition our 6th-grade classes to the upper campus, this will be the final summer we can accept students who have completed 5th and 6th grades.

• Camp Dates: Tuesday, May 27 – Friday, August 1, 2025
• Camp Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Camp Closed: Monday, May 26 (Memorial Day) & Week of June 30 – July 4 (Independence Day)
• Registration Opens: March 1, 2025

Camp Fees:

• Registration Fee: $25 per camper
• Weekly Rate: $225 per week (3-week minimum)
• Full Summer (9 weeks): $2,025 per camper

Students are welcome to attend any number of weeks, but a 3-week minimum is required. Vacation weeks will not be credited. If you plan to take time off, please refrain from registering for the affected weeks.

Payment Options:
All payments will be processed through Brushfire (instead of Square). You can choose one of the following options:

• Single Payment: Due at the time of registration

• Multiple Payments: made throughout the summer with the final payment due by July 25th. 

Please note: There will be no refunds for missed weeks, but additional weeks can be added based on class availability.

Drop-In Rates:
$60 per day for drop-in attendance. Charges will be billed to the debit or credit card on file. Checks will no longer be accepted.
