Music & Dance Lessons
The FBLR After the Bell Program is an extension of the worship ministry at First Baptist Little Rock. Our desire is that we will train up a new generation of worship leaders who will use their talents and abilities to serve God locally and around the world. Our vision for this ministry is inspired by Psalm 150 and we strive to praise God in everything we do.
Piano & Instrumental Lessons Currently Offered:
- Piano: Beginning and Advanced
- Flute
- Oboe
- Clarinet
- Acoustic Guitar
- Electric Bass
- Trumpet
- French Horn
- Trombone
- Saxophone
- Ukulele
- Banjo
Dance Lessons (all on Tuesdays) Currently Offered:
- 2 Years (3:30 - 4:00) - Class includes introduction to ballet, creative movement, and worship.
- 3-4 Years (4:00 - 4:45pm) - Class includes ballet, tap, creative movement, and worship.
- 5-7 Years (4:00 - 5:00pm) - Class includes ballet, jazz, and worship. (Class code BJW)
- 5-7 Years (5:00 - 5:30pm) - Class includes tap and hip hop. (Class code THH)
- 8 Years and Up (4:45 - 5:30pm) - Class includes tap and hip hop. (Class code THH)
- 8 Years and Up (5:30 - 6:30pm) - Class includes ballet, jazz, contemporary, and worship.. (Class code BJCW)
We have two 16-week semesters per year and lessons will be taught on Monday – Friday between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm in the music suite of First Baptist Little Rock.Â
Fall Semester - August thru December (16 weeks with the week of Thanksgiving off)
Spring Semester - January thru May (16 weeks with the week of Spring Break off)
